About Us

As founder and CEO of United Tax & Financial Services LLC, Paul has a long executive management track record, with over 40 years of experience creating and developing highly efficient synergistic teams of tax and financial professionals with client’s best interest always as first priority.
Prior to United Tax & Financial Services, Paul was a Vice President and Complex Director of a Wall Street investment firm. Assigned to develop the state of Michigan in 1981, he established an organization of licensed financial advisors and administrative staff. Paul has maintained his status and outstanding compliance record as a licensed Enrolled Agent with the IRS, and is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in preparing tax returns for individuals, corporations, estates and trusts. He has been an IRS Enrolled Agent for the past 15 years earning an average of 26 hours of continuing education each year. He spent over 16 years working at National, Regional and State CPA firms. Since joining United Tax and Financial Services LLC, Mark has helped hundreds of businesses and individuals navigate through the ever changing and complex tax process.

Alexi Smith was raised in Jupiter, FL. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Studio Art. As a student, she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society in recognition for exceptional work ethic. She completed the National Tax Training School (NTTS) Federal Income Tax Course and looks forward to facilitating communications in order to make the tax process as painless as possible.
