Tax Professionals

Responsibilities

  • Tax preparation for individuals and businesses
  • Take a leading role in driving new business for the tax side of our business
  • Demonstrate competencies for face-to-face and phone interviews with clients and prospects
  • Ability to work long hours during our busy tax season
  • Be a team player and work well with other tax and financial professionals

Qualifications

  • Enrolled Agent/CPA certifications preferred or willingness to obtain either
  • 3+ years of tax preparation experience
  • Computer skills and ability to work with our tax software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Financial Advisors

Responsibilities

  • Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur and demonstrate high skill with relationships and the key competences required to be a successful advisor including: the ability to generate leads, set and hold productive meetings, plan and analyze, present and implement solutions and provide ongoing, proactive support and service
  • Take a leading role in driving the wealth management side of our business
  • Be a natual "rainmaker". We are looking for dynamic, outgoing personalities with an ability to engage and inspire people. You will be comfortable with and enjoy representing us in the community and do so professionally
  • Develop marketing opportunities to offer wealth management services to our current tax client base

Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 and 66/65 preferred, FINRA Series 6 and 63 may be considered for exceptional candidates
  • 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license
  • A CFP® certification or a candidate for a CFP® certification is preferred, but not intially required
  • 3+ years of financial sales experience preferred
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • An existing book of business preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, sales, maketing or related fields
